Below is the artist’s rendition of the memorial. The memorial features a concrete pad, a two-tier block base with brick veneer and limestone tops. The twin towers are constructed of limestone, as are the sitting benches around the memorial. The flag pole will be 30 feet in height. The memorial is situated in a way that visitors will be able to look over the pond as they reflect on that day in September.
